The Jeanneau 54, the most recent addition to Jeanneau Yachts, the luxurious line of sailboats designed for cruising, has just been nominated for the highly coveted prize of “European Yacht of the Year” for 2016, placing among 5 finalists in the category of “Family Cruiser”.
Awarded by a jury comprised of professionals from the top European marine magazines, this title will recognise seaworthy qualities, design and construction, and will be presented at a special evening event held for marine professionals at the Düsseldorf Boat Show in January 2016.
The European Yacht of the Year Award is the initiative of the German magazine, Yacht. It composes an international jury international in cooperation with Seilas, BattNytt, BadNyt, Yachting World, Waterkampioen, Voiles & Voiliers, Marina.CH, YachtRevue, Fare Vela and Nautica y Yates magazines.
