A dual-purpose launch, catering for both family cruising and serious fishing trips, packed with impressive features & quality craftsmanship.

Powered by twin GM Detroit 735HP Diesel engines, this 55 foot Formula easily cruises between 20 and 22 knots while being economical to run. With a top speed of 28-29 knots this vessel is known for its easy handling in all weather.

All original interior elm burr and american oak woodwork and a combination of leather and vinyl linings shows this vessel has withstood the test of time and reinforces the exceptional high quality workmanship. As you enter into the saloon a sense of space and light is created by the 360 degree windows giving you beautiful views in any direction.

A well equipped U-shaped galley with ample refrigeration and bench space with plenty of storage including a pantry makes for comfortable extended cruising. Two fridges and large deep freezer as well as an icemaker means you have plenty of storage for the catch of the day, and drinks to celebrate.

Its luxury layout is ideal for those with larger families or a lads fishing trip featuring 3 cabins with the possibility of up to 9 berths and 2 separate heads. The large forward owners stateroom provides all the comforts of home, with plenty of storage and headroom with a walk-around queen sized bed. The port side guest cabin at midships boasts a large double bed that can be turned in two singles, with two very generous bunk beds on the opposite side that doesn’t have you living out of each others pockets.

An internal spiral staircase leads up to the flybridge which provides a fantastic vantage point to pilot the vessel from, with twin helm seats and seating for up to 8 on a forward U-shaped settee. Clear enclosure gives you the option of having a breeze come through in summer, or protection from the elements, but always allowing perfect visibility when underway. Destined to be a very popular spot during the day, the bridge has another large lounger forward and the mandatory wet bar.

The hull was repainted 8 years ago and retains its sleek and shiny profile which has been expertly maintained.

A true luxury motor yacht, with large fuel tanks and economic engines, this boat is perfect for fishing and extended cruising to achieve the ultimate kiwi dream.
