Merry Fisher 895 Marlin at Stewart Island

The Merry Fisher 895 Marlin recently had an exciting trip to Stewart Island.  Accompanied by a film crew, it was the perfect setting for filming of series four of Fish of the Day with Clarke Gayford. Stewart Island provides an amazing ocean playground, for fishing, diving or just taking in the sights on your boat.

After being transported from Auckland to Invercargill, this Marlin made a challenging trip across the Foveaux Strait to stunning Stewart Island. We can’t wait to see the 895 Marlin making her mark in New Zealand waters, as well as some more awesome footage in store from the Fish of the Day team.
