EVA foam without the polyester coating by itself has a UV rating of 15-20 years.
Wheel has bevelled edges.
Shock loading is progressive and foam has full memory.
Generous extra heavy duty galvanised 6mm iron base and substantial centre post & cap assembly.
Easily mounted using 12mm galvanised coach screws. (not supplied).
Wheel Dimension 480mm wide x 140mm high. 185mm over mm x all height with plate and cap.
Plate size 150mm x 100mm.
Easy Fitting: Unscrew the top cap and the plate so the wheel can be removed from the post. Use fastenings to fit the base plate in your chose position on the dock. Put the wheel back on the post and screw the cap back on to keep the wheel in place. The wheel spins freely with a boat as it comes up against it.
