Built by Leopard in South Africa in 2015 and currently in Queensland after a successful cruising period in the Pacific Islands, Waterlust is a very well-specified Leopard 48 in excellent condition. Priced ex-tax in Australian dollars she is a great choice for any would-be cruiser.
Ordered as the four-cabin version and optioned with a generator and full air-conditioning, a new watermaker and new Raymarine instrumentation (2022), she had a bluewater refit/upgrade in Europe in 2021. Her experienced owners have had long careers as Super Yacht crew managers and engineers, and it truly reflects in her preparation and presentation.
Her layout is light, bright and flows exceptionally well. Only a couple of small steps separate the boarding platform from the main saloon. Her cockpit is practical with several large lounging areas. The helm is well connected to the rest of the cockpit with 3 steps between the wheel and the living area. Moving through the saloon, the galley is to port, and a very good-sized dinette is forward and to starboard. Moving forward again is another cockpit with seating.
All four cabins are large and light, and all have separate ensuites. The forward starboard heads have been modified to include a washing machine.

I have been impressed with the service and communication from your staff at Orakei Marine. The young people involved are very knowledgeable and helpful.
