Australian built, the Mustang 3200 is a deep-V express cruiser, ideal for zipping around the Gulf, anchoring up and relaxing in the large cockpit.
The transom has plenty of space to fish with stainless steel rod holders and bait board as well as storing the dinghy on the custom-built davits. Another ideal storage solution is the moulded transom recess, perfectly shaped to tidy away your fenders whilst underway. This area also houses a cockpit shower, necessary for salty days at sea.
Her cockpit, enclosed by canvas/clears is supported by a strong GRP arch and can be zipped open in no time. She offers multiple seating options, the aft lounge with removable dining table, a two-seater settee or helmstation. To starboard, you can find the moulded wet bar with sink and top-loading chilly bin. Forward of here is the helmstation, with an array of Raymarine navigational electronics to enjoy as well as the Volvo engine management systems. A clear view is offered through the windscreen with side opening vents for ventilation on warmer days.
Downstairs, you will find an open-plan interior with galley to port, head to starboard and a master berth at the bow with infill to create a full double. Overnight guests are accommodated in a full-size double berth under the cockpit, accessed from the port side.
Powered by twin Volvo D3 engines, access is excellent through a large hatch in the cockpit which also houses twin diesel tanks and the battery charger.
This sport-cruiser has been well-maintained having come from an Ownaship shareholding, with the engine reconditioned by Bensemann Boating and a new turbo unit and engine maintenance by Ovlov. She has been dry-stacked since November 2018 and had two independent surveys completed in 2018 on the hull and engines – these are available to view upon request.
